1. PLC BASIC – Mitsubishi ,Omron ,Siemens

ระยะเวลาการฝึกอบรม 2 วัน
ความรู้ที่จะได้รับ :
- Load/Upload Program จาก PLC ได้
- วิเคราะห์อาการเสียของ PLC จาก Error Code
- ต่อวงจรเพื่อใช้งาน PLC
- เขียนโปรแกรม PLC เพื่อควบคุมอุปกรณ์ภายนอก
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขโปรแกรม PLC
- อ่านและเขียนโปรแกรม Laderได้
- ผู้เรียนเข้าใจเรื่อง Scan Timer

2. PLC DATA MANAGEMENT - Mitsubishi

ระยะเวลาการฝึกอบรม 2 วัน
ความรู้ที่จะได้รับ :
- สามารถแปลงเลขฐานได้
- ใช้คำสั่ง บวก ลบ คูณ หาร ใน PLC
- แปลงข้อมูลระหว่าง Data และ Bit (Logic)
- การคัดลอกข้อมูล
- การแปลงข้อมูล จำนวนเต็ม ทศนิยม
- นำ Data Register มาประยุกต์ใช้งานกับ Program

3. PLC EXTENSION MODULE - Mitsubishi

ระยะเวลาการฝึกอบรม 2 วัน

- การควบคุมระยะ และแสดงผลเป็นทศนิยม

5. SERVO MOTOR - Panasonic

ระยะเวลาการฝึกอบรม 2 วัน
ความรู้ที่จะได้รับ :
- หลักการใช้งาน SERVO MOTOR ที่ใช้ระบบควบคุมตำแหน่งแบบ Close Loop Control
- รู้จักการควบคุม Motion Control แบบต่างๆ เช่น Speed ,Torque , Acceleration , Deceleration , Position Control ที่แม่นยำมากขึ้น
- สามารถเลือกใช้ SERVO AMPLIFIER กับ SERVO MOTOR ให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน
- การต่อสายสัญญาณควบคุมการทำงานของ SERVO
- การ Test SERVO
- การเขียนโปรแกรมควบคุม SERVO


แนวทางในการอบรม
- ทุกหลักสูตรเน้นปฎิบัติ มีอุปกรณ์+ชุดทดลองให้ใช้จริงในห้องเรียน
- มีแบบฝึกหัด+แบบทดสอบให้ทำในห้องเรียน
- หากสอบผ่านมีใบประกาศให้
- มีโปรแกรม+ไฟล์เนื้อหาการอบรมให้นำกลับไปทบทวนหลังจบหลักสูตร
