รายละเอียดของงาน:

- Co-ordinate and monitor Main-contractor, Sub-contractor and Vendor to ensure that all relevant inspactions and other activities are executed in accordance with the applicable standard codes.
- Monitor and witness material receiving inspaction by using PMI (Positive Material Identification)method.
- Review and/or distribution of inspaction documents like Mill certificates,MDR reports,NDE reports,NCR issued and so on
- Experienced to provide and review the work Method of Statement and the Inspaction Test Plan (ITP).
- Review and/or approve the various WPS/PQR for carbon steel,stanless steel, low alloy material, nickel alloy and titanium material in accordance with ASME/ANSI standard and the applicable specifications.
- Experienced in reviewing or approving the material certificates traceability system to ensure that for examble;assigned material and welding consummble are meets to the project requirement and the relevant specification.
- Supervise and inspection to all piping & welding activities, witness welders performance qualification test and also monitoring and control all the NDT activities like;VT,PT,MT and RT films interpretion & record keeping.
- Witness and review post weld heat treatment (PWHT) record and also hardness test
