QHSE Manager for Abroad

My client has a requirement for an experienced QHSE Manager to join their team in the Dohar Qatar or others on a contracting basis. Main duties include:-
• Provide guidance to management in Health and Safety matters, including appropriate monthly reporting suitable for Board Level
• Ensure the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of company health and safety systems for global sites.
• Procurement, maintenance, calibration, and inspection register-storage of relevant H&S equipment.
• Review and amend H&S procedures as appropriate(Including any new legislation)
It is essential that the QHSE Manager has prior experience of working within an ISO 9001 environment, and is degree educated and ideally either NEBOSH certified or belongs to the Institute of Quality assurance A11 and A12.
Applicants with CDM, HIRD, or HAZOP will be looked at with considerable advantage.
