Report to Plant Manager Location : Laem Chanbang , Chonburi
Job Description:
Performs/supports operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the root cause/causal factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow-up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness. Eliminating unscheduled maintenance downtime Managing asset criticalities, equipment care strategies, and maintenance policies to ensure failure prevention Influencing maintenance activities to achieve reliability targets and increase asset life Managing repair and capital projects that directly impact the reliability of the equipment throughout the machines Improving Reliability systems and behaviors Leads and is responsible for the execution of reliability excellence/maintenance program. Writes and maintains reliability maintenance strategy documents. Conducts program and system/equipment audits on a periodic and as needed basis. Audits will generally be focused on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation.

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร:
Qualification Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or related field. 5+ years experience in a maintenance/reliability function. Thorough knowledge and experience in Predictive and Preventive Maintenance. Must be a self-starter, team player, work well with others and have a positive attitude. .
