Altivar 71 ได้รับการออกแบบมาให้มีความทนทานและใช้งานได้แม้ในสภาวะแวดล้อมที่อันตราย Altrivar 71 ยังสามารถใช้งานได้แม้แรงดันจะตกไปถึง 50% ของพิกัด อีกทั้งยังมีการติดตั้ง RFI Filter เพื่อกรองสัญญาณรบกวนออกไปจากระบบ และทนอุณหภูมิได้สูงถึง 50^๐C โดยไม่ต้องทำการ Derating (ลดค่ากระแสพิกัด Output)            

              นอกจากนี้คุณยังสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนหน้าจอได้ตามความต้องการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเมนูใช้งาน หน้าจอแสดงผล กราฟแท่งแสดงค่าต่างๆ และด้วยคอนเซปท์ “Simply Smart” ช่วยให้คุณเริ่มใช้งานอุปกรณ์ได้ง่าย  

            Altivar 71 ยังพรั่งพร้อมไปด้วย Macro-configurations ที่ช่วยให้คุณเลือกใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นต่างๆ ได้ทันที โดยไม่ต้องวุ่นวายกับการตั้งค่าแบบเดิมๆ และยังช่วยให้คุณตรวจสอบการทำงานของเครื่องจักรได้ง่ายมากขึ้น

     Altivar 71 – Make way for revolution

         This new generation of variable speed drive is characterized by the extent of its power range, a feature that enables control of asynchronous motors from 0.37 up to 500 kW for voltages of 200 to 240 VAC and 380 to 480 VAC.
          Its advanced functions combined with exceptional opened loop and closed loop performances provide an ideal solution to meet the requirements for complex and/or high power machines (materials handling, hoisting, wood machines, process machines, textile machines, packaging, etc.) 

            Reliable and robust, Altivar 71 assures continuous service. It withstands voltage drops of up to –50%, industrial pollution with its  RFI filters and temperatures up to 50°C (without derating).

             Altivar 71 takes safety fully into account. Its numerous protective functions are simultaneously active at drive level, motor level (with its electronic relay and PTC probes) and machine level. Its “Power Removal”safety function prevents any intentional starting of the motor, thus ensuring the safefty of personnel (conforms to machine standard EN 954-1 category 3 and the standard for electrical installations IEC/EN 61508 SIL2). 

     Simple

            The performance of the Altivar 71 is only matched by its simplicity. Its front panel incorporates a graphic terminal. This simplifies and enhances dialogue with its easy to read messages, graphics, navigation button, function keys for short-cuts, online help, etc.

             It is fully open to the needs of users with its versatility for customization of the parameters, display screens, monitoring bar, etc. A “user” menu can also be created.

             Its “Simply Smart” menu enables quick start-up and immediate benefit of the full performance of the Altivar 71 in complete safety.

            Application specific macro-configurations further simplify drive programming. The numerous services offered via the terminal simplify setting-up, monitoring and diagnostics of machines.

     Open and available

          With integrated Modbus and CANopen, Altivar 71 integrates in industrial automation systems without any extra costs. Opened, it has over 10 communication cards that cover all industrial communication networks. On Ethernet, its Web server function offers worldwide accessibility irrespective of location or time. 

           The Altivar 71 range conforms to international standards – UL/CSA, CE, C-Tick, GOST. It has been developed according to the Eco-Design principle in conformity with the European directives ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment) which relate to product recycling.

 Other characteristics:

-         Software and hardware compatibility with previous Altivar 58 and Altivar 68 generations.

-         Main functions : preset speeds, torque control, advanced hoisting functions, functions for textile machines, PID regulation, Master/slave function and multi-configuration.

-         Included in the options available: IP 54 mounting kit, RFI class B filters, anti-harmonic filters, NEMA type 1 adaptation kit, regeneration energy on the supply line offer.
